I’m Michelle, and I’m so happy you’ve found your way here.

As a first-generation Italian daughter, tiramisù isn't just
dessert—it's tradition. It's the grand finale at Sunday dinners, the birthday cake of choice, and best of all, breakfast in the morning when there are leftovers to spare (or should I say, IF there are leftovers!).
​
As a kid, I remember the familiar hum of the Bialetti moka pot on the stovetop, filling the kitchen with the rich aroma of espresso. Ladyfinger crumbs dusted the counter, and a bowl of fluffy mascarpone cream sat ready to be layered into something magical.

Now, I’m honored to share a piece of my heritage with you.
